1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
1 each: Red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper
green bell pepper - all julienned cut
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 medium fresh tomato, diced
1 medium-large sweet vidalia onion, sliced
2 1/4 oz. sliced ripe olives, drained
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 Tablsp olive oil
1 teasp minced fresh parsley
1/2 teasp salt 1/2 teasp black pepper
1/4 teasp lemon-pepper seasoning
1/4 teasp dill weed
In a disposable foil pan, combine all the ingredients
and toss well to coat well. Cover and cook for 20-25
minutes, stirring occasionally.
