two pkgs (5 oz each) yellow rice       large can of sliced mushrooms, rinsed and drained

1/2 stick of butter       2 cans beef broth      2 cans French onion soup

in a 9x13 pan, spray with no stick spray, then melt the butter.  Add the remaining

ingredients and blend well.  cover and bake at 325/350 for 1 1/2 hours.
