5 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced 1 onion, sliced
6 Tablsp butter 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tablsp minced fresh parsley 1 Tablsp worcestirshire
1/3 cup chicken broth salt and pepper to taste
In a large piece of heavy foil (20"x20") place potatoes and onions....
dot with butter. Combine remaining ingredients and put in foil, wrap
up and seal well. Place on hot coals and cook for 35-40 mins.
